Refund policy

1. Our Commitment

At Clove Reserve, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


2. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Requests made after 30 days of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for a refund.


3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unopened

  • Product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplement products unless damaged or defective upon arrival.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items marked final sale

  • Gift cards


6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Clove Reserve is not responsible for lost return shipments.


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


9. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We take fraudulent claims seriously.

If a chargeback is filed for an order that shows confirmed delivery, we reserve the right to provide shipping confirmation and delivery verification to the payment processor.
